We only Pro-Rate on move in, thereafter we bill in calendar month increments. Leases beginning between the 26th and 31st will be charged for the remaining days of the current month and the next full month.

Leases are month to month, except for our limited supply of Contractor Spaces, which are annual.

As soon as you have supplied all of the information required, signed your lease, been assigned a space, and chosen a gate code.

Your space and gate code have been assigned conditional upon the rules and regulations, and terms and conditions of your lease. 

Your Lease requires you to give written Notice of Termination

10 days Prior to the end of the current month.

We accept DEBIT, MASTERCARD and VISA Credit Cards. 

Bannister Outdoor Storage utilizes monthly recurring automatic payments for a simple leasing experience. With this convenient feature, there is no need to login monthly to make your payment! 

To change your card on file, login to your account and click "Update Card".

No, the Bannister Outdoor Storage is 100% virtual and Socially Responsible. Once you have been assigned your space and gate code, you may enter the facility. The gate system requires you to enter * your code #.

 We require:

• Vehicle Information: License Plate and Vehicle Identification Number "VIN"
• A government-issued photo ID (example: Drivers License, State ID or Passport)
• Vehicle/Vessel proof of Registration 
• Proof of Insurance (Copy of Insurance Card or Declaration page from the Policy)

You must submit a photocopy of your Photo ID, Registration, and Proof of Insurance to info@bannisteroutdoorstorage.com within three days of signing your lease. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your gate access being suspended.

Yes! You can prepay up to 12 months in advance. However If our rates change during the period you have prepaid, your prepayment will be applied as a credit.

Yes! If you plan on leaving your space for more than 10 days, you need to give us a notice via email at info@bannisteroutdoorstorage.com. If you don't do this, your space could be considered abandoned and your gate code could be revoked. 

To complete your rental:

1. Click on the "Our Rates" page.

2. Select the size you desire and click "rent".

3. Click "Current Tenant". 

4. Login using the info you provided when you first set up your account. 

5. Provided your vehicle information and sign your lease.

6. Complete your payment.

7. Enjoy your space. 

Your space can be found by our clearly marked space numbers located on the fence which will be centered between white lines! We also have orange makers in the ground so you know exactly which space is yours!

Your courtesy of centering your stored property within the space margins will allow our other guest to fully enjoy their rented space. 

Parking of box trucks is prohibited at Bannister Outdoor Storage.
