Rules and Regulations
- Smoking and the use of alcohol is prohibited at the storage facility.
- Firearms are prohibited at the storage facility.
- Facility entry is by keypad ONLY. Gate access code is exclusively for tenant use. When entering or exiting gate, do not TAILGATE. Wait for previous tenant if necessary, then enter personal ACCESS CODE for entry or exit for security reasons.
- Tenants’ visitors and guests are to be accompanied by tenant at all times and are tenants’ responsibility, which includes proper entry and exit of premises and proper care of facility property. Children are to remain with and be supervised by parents at all times. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
- All non-motorized vehicles are required to have a minimum of two (2) wheel chocks surrounding vehicle wheels at all times while stored in facility. Chocks must be plastic or treated wood ONLY, any chocks that are subject to mold, rotting, or infestation of insects are strictly prohibited. We recommend using rubber chock blocks.
- Facility speed limit is 5 MPH. No careless or reckless driving is permitted on premises.
- Any living thing.
- Used tires, trash of any nature, debris, spoils,etc.
- Firearms.
- Explosives.
- Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.).
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia.
- Stolen items.
- Hazardous items of any kind.
- Hazardous waste material of any kind.
- Items that produce odors of any kind.
- Any item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility.
- Any item which detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility.
- Parking of box trucks is prohibited at Bannister Outdoor Storage
- Working on your stored property on the facility grounds is prohibited.
- Washing
- Parking of box trucks is prohibited at Bannister Outdoor Storage
- Playing any music, or producing any such noise that would disturb the peaceful operation of the facility.
- Garage sales, auctions, flea market sales or other public sales.
- Any illegal use of any kind.
- Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility.
- Facility owner does not insure tenants’ goods. Insurance is sole responsibility of tenant. All tenants are required to have insurance on all stored vehicles/vessels. Proof of insurance will be required at move-in.
- Vehicle Information: License Plate and Vehicle Identification Number "VIN"
- A government-issued photo ID (example: Drivers License, State ID or Passport)
- Vehicle/Vessel proof of Registration
- Proof of Insurance (Copy of Insurance Card or Declaration page from the Policy)
We require:
You must submit a photocopy of your Photo ID, Registration, and Proof of Insurance to info@bannisteroutdoorstorage.com within three days of signing your lease. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your gate access being suspended.
